All payments made for our IT support, maintenance, and service plans are non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully processed, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be provided under any circumstances.

2. Service Commitment by Bhagyashree Enterprises

We ensure that all services are delivered with the highest level of professionalism and technical accuracy. Our team is committed to resolving your IT concerns as per the service scope agreed upon at the time of purchase.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where a technical issue on our end prevents service delivery (for example, duplicate payments or system errors), our team will review the case and take appropriate corrective action — which may include a refund or service credit at our sole discretion.

1. Service Cancellation by Client

You may request cancellation of a booked service under the following conditions:

  • Scrap Disposal / Dismantling & Demolition:
  • Cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled work.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee to cover logistics and labor costs.
  • Consultancy Services:
  • Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of booking may be fully refunded.
  • No refund will be issued for consultations already delivered or missed appointments without notice.

2. Service Cancellation by Bhagyashree Enterprises

We reserve the right to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, site inaccessibility, safety risks, or force majeure events. In such cases:

  • A full refund will be provided if no part of the service has been initiated.
  • If partial work was completed, a pro-rata refund will be considered.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued based on:

  • The nature and stage of service delivery
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Notice period given prior to cancellation

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

  • Services already completed
  • Client fails to provide access or cooperation at the site
  • Delay or change in service scope without prior notice

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.
  • You will receive confirmation via email or SMS once your refund is initiated.
