• Refunds (if applicable) are processed after deduction of administrative and operational costs
• No refunds for services already rendered or in-progress dismantling work

• Bhagyashree Enterprises is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from our services
• We take precautions, but are not responsible for damage caused due to pre-existing conditions, site risks, or force majeure events
• Any claims must be submitted within 7 days of service completion
